Cultural Strategy for Places, Projects and Creative Economies
Our Flagship Services
We work with governments, developers, institutions and cultural leaders at moments of growth, regeneration and cultural investment.
Our role is to help define where culture can make the greatest difference — and turn that ambition into clear strategies, partnerships, commissions and programmes that can be delivered.
Our work spans three areas:
Place, Culture & Infrastructure
We help shape places where culture is considered from the outset — not added later.
Our work looks at how cultural spaces, activity, identity and infrastructure can support the long-term life of a place, whether that is a major regeneration scheme, a new district, a public realm project or an existing cultural area.
-
Cultural strategies and masterplanning
Cultural infrastructure audits
Mapping of cultural spaces, venues and workspaces
Cultural infrastructure frameworks
Place identity and cultural narratives
Cultural planning for regeneration and capital projects
Stakeholder and community engagement
Partnership development
Delivery and investment planning
Cultural Infrastructure Audits
Where existing cultural provision needs to be understood before future decisions are made, we assess the spaces, venues, workspaces and other cultural assets within a place.
We look at how they are used, who they serve, what may be missing and where there are opportunities for future provision.
-
Mapping existing cultural infrastructure
Identifying needs, gaps and opportunities
Recommendations for future spaces and provision
Planning, governance and delivery considerations
Clear priorities and next steps
-

Arts Advisory & Public Art
We advise on the strategy, curation, commissioning and delivery of art across developments, public spaces, residential environments and cultural projects.
Our role can begin with an overall art strategy or a single commission and continue through artist selection, contracting, production, installation and long-term care.
We place artists at the centre of the process while helping clients navigate the practical, financial and governance requirements of delivering ambitious work.

Discuss a Project
You do not need to arrive with a fully developed brief.
If you are shaping a place, developing cultural infrastructure, commissioning artists or looking at how to strengthen a creative economy, we can help identify the right starting point.
