About
Cultural Transitions

We put culture where it matters.

Cultural Transitions is an international arts advisory working across infrastructure and place, with artists at the centre.

We work with governments, developers, infrastructure organisations, cultural institutions and universities to shape cultural strategies, public art programmes, cultural infrastructure and creative workforce initiatives.

We work internationally, with offices in London, Dubai and Nairobi. This gives us experience of working across different political, social and commercial contexts, while remaining attentive to the people, artists and communities who understand each place best.

What we believe

Culture is not an embellishment. It shapes how a place is understood, used and valued, and should be considered from the outset.

Artists should have a genuine voice in the decisions that affect their work and the places in which it is encountered.

Cultural investment should do more than create visible moments. It should support livelihoods, protect creative space and create lasting opportunity.

Ambition matters, but so do sound governance, financial realism and the ability to deliver.

The strongest work is grounded in local knowledge, developed through genuine collaboration and leaves something of lasting value.
